These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 499 bed platform and all its services. New users can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

Winnings earned from a bonus are not immediately withdrawable — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.

4.2 VIP Cashback

The 499 bed VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is paid on weekly net losses at each tier. Cashback rates: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.2%. For example: if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

4.3 Bonus Misuse

If bonus misuse, fraudulent collection of bonuses, or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts are detected, the account may be suspended and the bonus cancelled. 499 bed reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer.

5.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details correctly before confirming a bet. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, 499 bed reserves the right to cancel or correct it.

5.2 Results and Settlement

• For sports betting, bets will be settled according to the official results of the relevant sports authority.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled or cancelled in accordance with standard rules.
• Casino game results are governed by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

5.3 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit per single bet may apply to each game or betting market. This limit will be stated in the specific rules for that game or market.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets with prior knowledge of the outcome (match fixing or use of insider information).
• Placing bets or playing games using automated software or bots.
• Using another person's account or employing any strategy intended to defraud the platform.

6.1 Use of Data

11.1 Complaints Procedure

4. If no resolution is reached, both parties may by mutual agreement choose the path of mediation.

These Terms and any matters related to the 499 bed platform will be governed by applicable law. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.
